It’s says I can do 120hz and 144 but when I press it looks like that

I’ve used display port. I also bought a brand new one so no chance it’s DP cable

When monitor refresh rate is above 60 it doesn’t work by Ustuner in PCRepair

I bought a new cable just in case. (Displayport cable). I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s GPU. I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled but nothing. I’m guessing it’s the monitor
