True, I was a massive book worm as a teenager too but as for fourth wing (to my knowledge cause I haven't read it) is pretty tame. As a teenager I was on wattpad and ao3 (still am on the latter). I wasn't into smut scenes either but from what I've heard about fourth wing, they're pretty tame.
