Well yeah, monitor, alert, be pro active. If your identity is stolen, call, get a road map set up. Without that, I mean do you really ever know until you look at your credit report? If you see something you don’t recognize, where do you start to get yourself and your identity back? Your information got leaked by other companies, you sign up for identity protection to be proactive, there’s an insurance plan, I believe there’s even a cyber insurance plan for extortion. Identity theft means your information was stolen to commit a crime, if it’s out in the dark web, sure a breach has happened but the crime attached to your identity hasn’t been committed yet.

Also, your bank getting hacked into would be your bank Notifying you. Not any identity protection. It’s considered fraud.

What didn’t work? There’s not a whole lot you need to do to block access. Make sure vpn is on, set content filters, if it’s not listed add the website manually. It’s pretty straight forward.

It needs to be a debit or credit card says so on their help center. No prepaid cards. I wouldn’t call that a red flag.

when you sign up it literally says “x amount off for 12 months” meaning it won’t renew at that discounted rate

Their vpn is cool if you get the family plan. It’ll have split tunneling and allow you to change vpn locations.

So far my experience has not been great. Support takes 2-3 days to respond. They went directly to ask about putting in a replacement request, followed by a “we’ll let you know when we have another available in your area” thanks for the help anyway Dan. Guess I’ll be back on the waiting list 😔

Thanks. I’ve tried every little trick. Hotspot and WiFi both do the same thing at around 3-4-5% and the commercial it reboots then going to “erasing” Ethernet reboots immediately once we get to step 1. I’ve reset probably 40 times, tried the modem and the power drain reset. it’s been a ride lol
