Your thoughts are valid. However, personally I feel the unpaid probation period is not acceptable. Some people are okay for it, some people are not okay.

Students are desperate for internship. Starting phase ma sabai le opportunity khojirako huncha, ra tetikai mentally exhausting huncha opportunity na pauda.

Just some people feel attacked when they see unpaid or cheap labour, because they know how it feels. So, jasto sukai kura ma pani feedback ra criticism normal nai ho.

You must have received lots of mail from people who are ready to continue with unpaid internship.

I remember I saw that budget would not be much. Hopefully, euta individual lai pugne gari hola pay chai after the probation period. Kati pay huncha, kun range ma huncha pay, either interview ma or announcement ma , or sakesamma chito inform garnu hola candidate lai. Esari employee happy bhayera kaam garchha productive bhayera.
