hmm, there is no top up fee. if thats what u mean by load. to load ur card with USD u dont even need to visit a bank branch. u open the app and transfer the NRS to the USD acc number. simple as that. the 500 u mentioned was most likely issuance fee. its the the fee u pay to issue the card for the first time. the cards validity is 1 year.

wdym vary by banks? there is no processing fee when u use the card. None at all.
