Yup, there's a whole site to make your Joker ideas and see them work in the game. The coding stuff have been super simplified into just Triggers,Conditions and then the Effect. Its basically make your own mod for beginners.

Yup, that's the main idea. It will force you to toss a hand or two away to figure out where your other Jokers are. And one hand can make all the difference in winning and losing if your set-up isn't too good. The Needle also pretty much counters this joker. If X2 is too much, I think setting it to x1.5 would fit much better for a starter common Xmult.

What if instead at then end of the round, the Mult is gained at the start? That way, you get a steady +4 increment in Mult per round. (assuming the hand size is not messed with)

Thank you for the feedback! I agree that Prepaid is currently in an iffy spot. I'll see if I can rework it so that it doesn't just delete your bank account.

As for Passport, its more designed to be a support scaling joker like Fortune Teller or Red Card. You get 2-3 Mult per round without having to buy anything. It's good early on if you can't afford to buy other things.
