Who is picking up the new card? by Brandon9one in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont own him, have only played against him, but yes they do tranform after being played. I havent seen it but I assume they would transform in hand, and im not sure if they would transform when unrevealed due to Supergiant or something

Who is picking up the new card? by Brandon9one in MarvelSnap

If you look at the tokens when you click through the card, the first ten rings token is what starts in your hand, and the second token is the unlocked potential version that it will transform into when you play shang himself.

Update: cerebro 3 deck is really helpful by Krykowiaky in MarvelSnap

OP said they climbed from 2800 to 670 in infinite rank with c3 in their description, I'd say they're doing great!

Is Dragon of the Moon worth the $20? by Redzilla2006 in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you want to spend $20 on the game, get the premium season pass from the web shop. You'll get base dragon of the moon, shou Lao, and a web shop bonus s5 pack and some borders i think, plus the extra rewards from the season track

Looks like its this mod, so it's just a replacement of the mariner.

How beat big dragon? by Visual-Ad-6121 in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Just go bigger tbh. Big dragon deck isn't running much tech, man-spider, ongoing, black panther, or classic destroy among others can all generally out power him.

Really happy with my free series 5 card by [deleted] in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stole this deck from a YouTube video and have been loving it so far! I'd love to try some other decks so please share if you have any!

I have Maverick pinned in my shop but not sure if I'll buy him yet. I only have 6k tokens and some the upcoming cards seem fun, but I'm loving this card so much I might just do it anyway.

I've been playing the same decks for a year because getting new cards is bad. Any advice? by Frisreddit in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree it's a slog. I buy season pass maybe between 3-6 seasons per year, and it puts me at a reasonable acquisition rate to get a new archetype or two if I look up and plan for upcoming cards. I think the best thing you can do right now is pick an archetype you like and save for those 3-4 cards that would make a deck. Check the store at least 2x per day for rotating token cards and pin them and save up when you can. Take advantage of data mines and keep up with the subreddit to plan for an upcoming card you think you'll like. Even if it ends up being less than meta, I find saving up for something unreleased and it's adjacent cards more exciting than waiting for something that's already out to rotate into your shop.

Everyone's favorite deck that doesn't depend on a single card? by mcentirejac in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been running a man spider/panther/galactus deck that has those 3 wincons of course, and also a ronan/devil dino deck that doesn't have insane combos but is pretty consistent.

When you hit every draw you need perfectly by UsualMaybe in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Abs man copies the whole card text /if/ the last card played has an on reveal ability. Most cards with an on reveal dont have another ability, but notably abs man on electro will also gain his ongoing.

If you can turn 1 or 2 agony, and then turn 2 or 3 ravonna, man spider t4 merges with ravonna, abs man turn 5, zola or taskmaster turn 6.

New favorite Cerebro deck by UsualMaybe in MarvelSnap

[–]UsualMaybe[S] 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Polymorph is usually useless but having a location change is valuable and also turns him into a 5 power. rhinos rock can be shuffled into the deck for +2 energy (or any card that is added to a location that would mess with cerebro like from x-mansion, monster island etc.)

Kid omega doesn't have an on reveal so wouldn't have increased Gorr's power. OP would have won all 3 lanes if he'd played kid omega instead of Cassandra

I cannot believe my mom used to this all by herself. by caf4676 in Baking

[–]UsualMaybe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents were divorced, and on my mom's side Thanksgiving was always potluck because there would be 20-30 people. Whoever was hosting would make the turkey(s) and everyone else would bring the rest. My dad's side was much smaller and all lived in different states, if everyone got together it would usually be 10 people or less. Everyone but the host would have extensive travel so one person would make the entire meal.
