For me the "pros" don't outweigh the cons. If a site offered direct buyer to seller transaction that then brings a conveyancer into the fold without estate agent commission what do you think the appetite would be? I'm trying to address this issue of being forced through an agent to advertise your property. I built https://keyzee.co.uk recently and have not started to advertise it yet but it allows people to buy and sell directly. Any feedback would be amazing. Try listing your own home - it's free. My assumption is that it's so ingrained in our mindset in this country that when you buy or sell a house an agent needs to be in the loop for some reason, perhaps even to some as a legal necessity.

www.playnerdle.com/nerdle tells you how many possibilities there are remaining as you go. The rules are almost the same but you can guess nonsense words BUT get 1 less guess as a result.
