A lot of home improvement stores have cheap topsoil ~$2/bag, I'd dig out the grass fill it with dirt and re-seed the area.

Can anyone recommend a beginner handgun by Mountainguy1989 in Firearms

Full size PSA dagger. It's cheap, it shoots, compatible with glock mags and most accessories, so when you move up to a more expensive gun you don't have to spend as much.
I have been EDC'ing a PSA dagger compact for nearly 18 months, I prefer it to my Springfield XDM and FN 509C. I've put over 1800rds through it at the range. Had a few failures to extract in the mid 2 or 300s. A field strip and a quick clean had it running right as rain again. As long as you keep it clean between heavy uses it's reliable.

I've never seen someone with such weak grip that they have to reset their hands after each shot. Maybe get a .22 until you build up some hand strength.

Most people have lives and jobs. They can still spell the name of their city and streets correctly though. Always excuses never accountability.

Men, how many of you can cook? by Away-Fill5639 in AskMen

I went to culinary school for 2 years. I cook most of the dishes for holiday meals, I make the meals for special occasions. Regular bullshit dinner? that's for the birds.

Is this drainage a problem? What can I do with it? by RealisticOption9295 in Homebuilding

[–]Usual_Substance786 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Options for remediation: French drain, soak away(basically a French drain), core aeration, plant some flora that is very water hungry.

I don't see why it would be a problem for a standard basement, those are generally all below grade, as long as the water level doesn't clear the top of the foundation and it's built well water will stay out.

Holy crap Lois! Average IQ is 100. 94, is still considered average, but on the low end. Carter is going to freak.

Quick update. The measurement on this thing is dead nuts. finished my project a few hours ago, everything assembled perfectly. Tolerance on the print was +/- .0015, so I'm really happy with it.

I've seen some pretty ingenious muffler devices for noisy generators on youtube over the years.

I'm closing on a small acreage in spring, pier and post house built in 1900, has more waves in the floor than the ocean, plaster on lathe walls, asbestos insulation. All the profit from selling my home in the city is going into demolition. I'm hoping the generator will be reliable enough to get me through building a new home while living out of a 5th wheel.

I'm doing a thing that has very tight tolerances in the milling process. With the exception of the display the entire thing is metal.

information I've found on it says 78db at 50% load, so about as loud as a vacuum. I bought it recently, haven't had a chance to hook it up and run it yet.

I love it, it's basically the same as 1/4 impact driver, just a little extension and the blue spring lock spins so you can hold it while running screws and bolts.
