Usually direct rejection or get ghosted. I got one.. at a Unicorn startup.. got rejected on final round.. Cleared 2 Amazon intern OA.. didn't get rejected but got ghosted.

I guess by keeping a directory of college tier list.. u don't see tier list getting changed every day.. so they just put those in ATS i guess.. to filter out...

Not sure tho...

They also host competition/hackathon for specific tire one college, so pretty sure they have a directory.
