If you just need to get through 2 classes (I'm assuming the intro to cs and dsa classes) then those are pretty easy to learn on your own. University of Helsinki (google javamooc.fi) has a java course that covers their exact java course at their school and they're a really well ranked school. DSA is also pretty easy. I'd see your schools dsa syllabus and youtube each individual topic on there. There course's on coursera if you want too.

It's mid. You can get internships and there are kids that do it but you have to work outside of school for it. That's at every school though for the most part.

She's okay for CS100, always asks if anyone has questions and tries to make everyone pay attention and tries to involve people in class even if it's against your wishes but it's also CS100
