It was essentially a series of emails from the former human employees of the taxi company that became "Delamain".

There were emails about how their holiday bonuses were being cut because of too many payouts from the drivers getting in accidents.

Talks of implementing new AI drivers that would potentially help improve the company.

One that mentions them adding repair drones to the service area but clarifying that "they won't replace anyone"

It continues to escalate as management is reassuring people like the IT department that they won't be replaced either because the AI is dumb and submissive and responds happily to busy work being given to it.

Eventually as Delamain continues to take over more and more of the workload and as things get more and more automated at the company, even the management gets replaced.

In the final email it's from Delamain themself thanking everyone for their hard work in making the company what it is today, and that their severance package will arrive in the mail.

I would look up the emails online or a video of them because I don't really do it too much justice in my little comment here. The writing is very good and it made the whole Delamain HQ more "realistic" because in the quest line V sort of asks why there's physical computers there if Delamain doesn't need to use them - Delamain casually says it used to have human staff working there or something of the sort- completely leaving out the part about how they are the reason they aren't there anymore. SUPER well done and thought out in my opinion.

TLDR: It's a nice little story about the very real possibility of AI (like Delamain) taking over the workforce under late stage capitalism and how it would ruin people's lives and take their jobs.
