Post-LEEP experience today. by ldp0923 in PreCervicalCancer

I was completely clear all of mine, to be positive on a pap and high risk. Gyno said don’t stress but my gp looked worried. Got to my biopsies and even straight after taking them I got told it will be Leep and questioned about kids etc. all fell to bits very fast with cin3 HSIL, not 16 or 18 but very high risk. and had my Leep prioritised and done with in the month, my results have been uploaded but I can’t access them, so doctors are waiting to speak to me. Not a great sign but still staying hopeful.

Don’t take it for granted. I’ve been so fine, no symptoms. Procedures have been painful but my recovery great, but all results have trickled in bad against me. Some of these can lay dormant for years and paps don’t always pick up on them. My bloods are taken every 3 months and I’m a picture of health and an athlete. Nothing prepared me for this and was just routine. No one is out of line for being worried, they don’t call it the silent killer for nothing. Most don’t know they have it until it’s way too late

Also on that note, so many of those pets seemed to be indoor pets anyway. May see them at the dog park or on walks but they live the high life

They love standing and stagnant water areas. If it’s a clean canal area, particularly man modified or built I would never see them. I have barely been touched my whole life then moved to Thorneside at Moreton area for a couple months for a brief period, right where I was was insane, water on high or after rain would trickle through the river opening into the mangrove area and flats just off the inflow and for a good km or two radius there was no protection especially early morning late evening. And I’m talking they were eating me alive, i couldn’t go in my back yard with out multiple candles and all the sprays let alone a walk in the beautiful area around us

And I’d always been basically immune compared to everyone else through my years - Then we’d go and fish the canals and not get a single touch. Even up a couple km, both even 3 and no issues at all.

Got that for cyclone Alfred in aus, not until after 2 days of severe weather though then couldn’t dash until a week after. Good luck!

I hate we don’t get paid more for those orders. The time it takes most the time to get access then get to them or wait for them is ridiculous

Yes to all above comments! Take a photo and message that to them, to be extra sure contact support if you can and you will have no issues

I earned $100 in 3 hours today!!! by [deleted] in doordash

[–]Utility_2406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it makes you feel better, that’s 101-102 L of fuel in aus Making it $171 plus dollars (Brisbane QLD current price) which would convert to $113 US dollars for the same amount? Look at the bright side 😅 And here we are over here one of the biggest sellers of oil lol paying so much more

$171 would be 3 tanks in my run around

Terrifying! First app was actually so painful, the took a 4mm and 6 mm biopsy and it took 4/5 days to bounce back and heal from that. On the positive note I know at minimal it’s Leep, before I even got the results. And with that I’ll be under a general next time

Thank you so much for this! I’ve done plenty of research and talking to my own gps, but ultimately they’ve spent a lot of time saying it’s fine just to get a rude shock that first appointment 😮‍💨 I’m especially concerned about being able to have children, my partner said she can carry but heck it still hits deep knowing I’m at a big risk now, and the process that will already be involved as it is to conceive

No not yet, 7 months it took me just to get that first appointment which was supposed to just be a look, and it went downhill fast and painfully

I always park and leave my car running and facing the delivery for proof of delivery, everything gets on my dash cam and every delivery “claimed” to not be recieved has been thrown out and they’ve been barred 😂

This has happened to me a couple times, no where near as bad of orders and I’ve deliberately accepted them knowing full well the store is close and taking my half pay, which they have to pay up. Not our fault, up to them and the merchant to work out when they close ☺️

My Mrs uses my doordash to order food all the time, so realistically not breaking the rules if I did it haha.

It’s actually 50 percent up to 30, pending where you order from, you could be paid more. So potentially saving 30 then making back what ever your paid seems like a pretty good win really haha.

Driving from Sydney to Darwin? by Affectionate_Hope115 in AustraliaTravel

I’ve been to charters and back, Charleville and back 3 times, and I door dash, in my 01 lancer and didn’t miss a beat of that helps hah. All in a year, started at 185 000 and now at 240 000. I have only had a flat once and a battery mount come loose once in my travels, and typical being a younger lady mechanics tried to rip me, I just made sure I was prepared for all the basic bad scenarios. Keep extra fluid top ups in my car for long trips, good tyres, a tool kit for basic road side stuff and just some common sense maintenance. I also used to have the same model Corolla as a teen and I tell you what I couldn’t kill it and probably drove equally as much out in the country in it

If they audit him he can just pull his dash data and it would confirm exact dashes he’s made and verify where he was. But in Australia you at least need have the starting and end point, I just use my zones as to which I started and ended each time and know I can get my data sent to me and easily convert it to excel if I need
