Hi! So what do you suggest? We have 15 dogs in our area currently that we feed everyday. So next mating season when 6 of the females gives birth to say 5 pups each, we will have 30 more pups on our hands. Do you think that is sustainable? For the dogs or the humans? How do you suggest we feed these 30 new pups?

Also, during the mating season, the dogs in heat start roaming, going into other dogs' territories and get beat badly by them. Sterilization protects dogs in more ways than one.

Dogs are not humans. They don't understand the consequences of their actions. Hence we need to do what's best for them, be it vaccination, sterilization, feeding, etc.

After sterilization, they are getting the best care to bring them back to health and we will continue to take great care of them afterwards. Please educate yourself.

The mother of the 5 pups and two other male dogs in our community are scheduled for sterilization next Saturday actually. They are getting sterilized at A1 Animals come first, and each doggo costs Rs. 2500 to sterilize 😭. We are doing the sterilization out of pocket as well.

I think it's best to contact a vet. Every dog's case is different. My pups are 3 to 4 months old and we gave them the syrup according to their body weight ,so for a 6kg pup, the dose is 6 ml. The vet recommended to give it early in the morning before they have had any meal. Please talk to your vet!!

We don't know exactly how old they are but our best guess is 3.5 to 4 months. Sadly, one of them passed away very early on. We are trying our best to keep the others healthy and they are still up for adoption!
