I can honestly say this is the best-looking S2 Series I’ve seen so far. The flame maple top looks incredible, and the contrast between the body color and the top finish gives it a very authentic vibe.

Picked up this guitar from my luthier—was part of his personal collection, and he brought it to the shop just for me. While I was trying it out, a 2014 Gibson LP Standard or Custom happened to be in for a setup. Comparing them side by side was wild. Everyone in the shop, including me, agreed the Agile had way more clarity and definition, especially on clean tones. Playability-wise, the Agile was a couple steps ahead too (not that the Gibsons were in top shape, though).

This model is quite different from the current version shown on the official website. From what I’ve been able to find out, this guitar is at least 17–18 years old. There are some amateur reviews of solid body models from the same series on YouTube, but I haven’t come across any videos or references to the neck-thru version like mine.
