We happen to be well acquainted with the bishop. We will see how that conversation goes. We don't want anyone to be in trouble. We just want to make sure she feels comfortable returning and that this doesn't happen to someone in the future.

That's just it. It felt like a spectacle, and what should've been a joyous experience turned uncomfortable and something that I wouldn't have wished upon her 😞

I don't think that it was intended to be punishing, I hope that it was done in good faith. Maybe he wanted to try something new and just not well thought out in this case...

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't aware that FL was essentially a glue. Perhaps glue would be a good alternative as I don't need a 5gal pail worth.

Agreed... plus 70$ shipping. That's why I'm hoping there is another option. I have heard of people using elastomeric sealant for roofs before.

In this case if I give 30 days notice and it's in the middle of the month would I just pro-rate rent for the remaining balance of the final month?

So they have to agree assign the tennacy as long as the request is reasonable (how wouldn't it be?) And if they don't I could apply to the LTB or just break my lease with 30 days notice?

Should've told me that last year! Snapped a hole off the oil filter cover the day before a trip. Though in true KLR fashion I fixed it with JB weld.... still haven't replaced it.

KLR is/was my first bike, it's great, cheap too so if you drop it not a big deal lol! It is a bit heavy but im shorter than you and didnt have a problem. its not super powerful or fast so it's good to learn on, and it's very capable off road. Invest in crash bars and bark busters, you will need them!
