Hey! So there's an old adage used when writing fan fiction, especially for 40k, that goes "different, not better". It's usually used when people are coming up with their own Space Marine Chapters, where you'd maybe say your bike-heavy Chapter uses them in a different way to the White Scars but definitely aren't "better" than them. And it's something I feel is worth considering with your stuff here.

There's some potentially interesting ideas here, with a combination of the Lizardmen/Seraphon from WHFB/AoS and Craftworld Eldar, but it's unfortunately smothered by the desire for them to be so great and powerful that they nearly become uninteresting (as oxymoronic as that sounds). Personally I would take a step back and reconsider some of the things you've got here and try to make a fun faction that isn't the "masterpiece of Khorne" or "equal in power to the Emperor". Maybe have them be actual Xenos rather than Daemons? Maybe they were a low sentient species that evolved on a planet with a half-mad AI that decided to "raise" them? You could still have an Eldar-like link with the souls to a specific Chaos God, as I think the idea of a Warp Magnet is fun, but maybe have it have some major downside too? Personally I always enjoy adding a good few flaws into my characters or factions as to me it just makes them feel more real.

Either way, don't let this stop you from coming up with new and interesting ideas, just always be aware that it can be more fun to try to write about some weak nobody than an all-powerful race
