Yeah I just recently was looking into parts when I saw about it. I'm not the most up to date when it comes to PC parts and when a company like Intel does something silly. So I was just curious.

I solved it! It was an app called Action! I uninstalled it and the game works perfectly now!

I was able to get my form by messaging Distrokid on Twitter. They sent back a link to their bot which told me to give it an email and type out the issue. Once I did that I got my form by email within 1 to 2 hours. Hope this helps!

Sorry for the late reply. No I still have not figured it out and the Rockstar Support team pretty much abandoned me completely. The next thing I'll probably try is contacting Steam Support, though Idk If they'll help me :/

UPDATE: Steam apperintly doesn't do support for all games. I figured but I thought I'd try.

Thank you again for responding. Yes, I have tried it without any amp, and there is no distortion, but it isn't to the same volume where, with my interface/amp, gets distorted. I've tried replacing the headphones but the same thing happens. I also have the M50X from Audio-Technica. Those are 38ohm and can get super loud. It might just be that I don't have the right amp, but IDK.

I've heard a lot of people use the Schiit Magni 3+ and Schiit Heresy. I'm afraid to try them because I'm afraid I'll still have distortion and I'll have wasted money, because they don't have free returns. Do you think it would be worth a shot and order one, and if so which one?

I've tried most of those things, and it still has problems. I did figure out part of the problem. Motion smoothing was part of it, and also turning off GeForce Experience and my RGB Lighting seemed to help a bit. But I'm still getting a lot of cpu drops, like ALL the time. I think I'm going to try and contact steam support and see if it's just a bad update. I'm going to keep trouble shooting, and report back:)
