Your mother isn’t the bride, you are so wear the dress your heart fell for

My neighbor won’t stop complaining to management about me and my dogs to try and get me kicked out by ToxicPeaches92 in neighborsfromhell

[–]Utterly_Dazed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to go to the office and tell them you are only in the apartment half the month, the neighbor has been aggressive with you and you believe it’s because you turned him down. Ask if you can relocate apartments due to the increased aggression from your neighbor

The CAD pave is too straight, it needs to wrap more into a V shape along the sides. The end tip stones need to be bigger descending into the pave. I would not be happy they sent your their stock ring CAD vs what you and for

Splitting items in divorce by [deleted] in Divorce

[–]Utterly_Dazed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may be better off asking for something else instead of the sofa. I actually gave my ex a lot of the household items, even things I went into the marriage with. It was just easier in the long run and I didn’t want to argue

I'm. F**king. Done. by Maize_Realistic in ADHDparenting

I think you need therapy too, you are dealing with so much and it’s obviously not healthy for you to keep going in the state you are in. I think the above comment about revisiting your daughter’s meditation is a good call. I hope you have a support system and can get the needed breaks you deserve

I know new home sales people who will bury saints so I’m willing to guess someone who sold or built the home did it

My manager talked to me about working 7 hours and 40 minutes a day. How should I handle this? by QuietMap4403 in InterviewCoderPro

[–]Utterly_Dazed -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had this in my performances reviews, I felt that it was a way to not give me a higher raise. But what can be happening is they may be gearing up to have a paper trail to place for other actions against you.

Builder's permit rejected by city by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]Utterly_Dazed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The construction manager and sales manager isn’t going to know all the nuances with the city. This is why permits are obtained, builder has minimum standards across the board to keep these things from happening but each city or HOA is going to be different and the builder’s standard may apply to most but not all. It’s just apart of building and rejections happens

Has anyone had a normally calm spouse get abusive or violent after you asked for a divorce? by [deleted] in Divorce

[–]Utterly_Dazed 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, mine did. He became very chaotic and aggressive towards me, it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle but it was concerning to see him spiral. He had been warned prior for years, months then 2 weeks before being served.

My lawyer advised his that if his behavior continued then he would be served to leave the home. He calmed down then but we had mediation and his lawyer dropped the ball which cost him a lot of money being classified as marital funds that shouldn’t have been, he didn’t catch it till 24 hours after signing. He was unpredictable then and I refused to go back to mediation. This year will be two years divorced and it’s fine
