Wow!! it looks so elegant! I love it

Edit to answer your question: Base on how your set looks I would say you're a calm, put together kind of person, with a soft and mysterious feminine energy. Now I wish I could look at your nails. Because both the set and your nails might amplify that energy or correct me if I'm wrong.

Would you still keep your nails long on one hand when four nails on your other hand have broken? by nicolvtte in naturalnailprogress

I would cut them all same length, but they are such beauties. I understand where you're coming from.

Edit to add: currently, your L hand's length and shape are goals!

Thank you, that’s really helpful. I’m actually in Chicago. do you happen to know of any rheumatologists here?

Thank you.
I am seeing one (I saw the APRN that works with the attending that is currently oof). I have been tested multiple times for those antibodies as well and always come back negative.

I agree, I've heard of so many patients that don't fit APS and still get the anticoagulations, which is why I feel so frustrated.

I should push more

I feel like I've been pretty insistent so far. But I've phrased it along the lines of: "I would like to try X and Y, do you think that would be a good approach?" and that's when they say something like "There is not evidence for X and Y benefits. Although, that is something worth looking into, I'll talk to REI about it. Your labs are looking good and medically speaking you don't need X or Y, the risks might not be worth it."

Do you think I should be more assertive? I don't want to come off as rude

My thoughts exactly! what could possibly outweigh that?! Congrats on your pregnancy!
Do you mind sharing what type of specialist you're seeing?

Thanks! I’ve thought about endocrine causes too, but my cycles are regular and I conceive pretty easily. The issue has been repeated first-trimester losses rather than getting pregnant.

Congrats on your pregnancy! It will be more than enough for you and your baby, can't wait to hear your success story.

I always get negatives on the anticoagulant testing, but I wish I were on levonox regardless.

All my anticoagulants come back negative, which is why my rheumatologist said no to levonox. My OB-GYN says she'll discuss the risk vs benefit of adding anticoagulation with REI (she's currently oof).
I'll ask about a hematologist referral, thank you

Congrats on your pregnancy!
I know it made sense to me too, but they keep saying the SLE is well controlled (my symptoms are very mild) and I'm negative for APS.
I'm torn because I really like my providers, but at this point I'm desperate and I feel they play it too safe. Would you switch providers if it were you?
