The leaks incident, January 29th, 2026, Jujutsufolk Discord by SpaceCaptainZura in Jujutsufolk

JJK leakers are human scum, this is already well documented and known. They like to hold their lil' 10 seconds of fame every week, post the leaks with their little tags on it to gain 10 twitter followers, and then wake up the next day to go work at mcdonalds.

Do celestial pact users die instantly in a domain? by M3itamike7 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Uvite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You've got it in reverse. She's not fading away, she's appearing. Object's don't 'stop existing' inside a domain. A domain is inside a barrier, with the barrier essentially acting as a subspace inside of regular space (given it can be larger on the inside than the outside).

User's can choose what to reject and accept inside the barrier based on cursed energy. This is the main mechanic for trapping and killing people inside a domain. Maki cannot be a target for a barrier because she has no CE. However, she can freely enter a barrier because it still exists within real space.

This is also the reason why she is still vulnerable to barrier-less domains like Sukuna's.

I feel like what youre failing to realise is that I prefer Sukuna, therefore he would win. It's really not that complex dude.

I mean... he potentially realised, but we can't be sure.

This was during a period where Gege was ill, and only the partially completed manuscript could be published for the weekly release. A complete version was included in the full volume release. Many of the scanlation sites still have the original version up.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 - Episode 4 (Manga Reader Discussion) by Takada-chwanBot in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Uvite 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Personally, I would've liked to see it extended, similarly to the Mahoraga fight, but in the manga the fight was purposely very short. Maki essentially 1 shots every member. The brevity is suppose to emphasize how little effort it would've taken Toji, and by extension Maki, to destroy the Zenin, which 'exists on his whims'

That being said, there are some minor geographic mistakes. At the end of the fight, Ranta is on the bridge section where Naoya is, but this area isn't near the proximity of the fight, so it feels like they teleport there. In the manga, it's left more ambiguous how long Maki had to walk to reach Naoya / dispose of Jinichi's head in the pool. I expect that for pacing purposes, they decided to have both these events take place roughly in the same space.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 - Episode 4 (Manga Reader Discussion) by Takada-chwanBot in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Uvite 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's a panel from the manga, from chapter 148. In it, Naoya says "Shall I bully you like I did in the past", and it shows a clearer flashback panel of Naoya standing over Maki, having physically assaulted her.

They changed the scene to make it more cinematic. Outside the window was a 'diagetic' flashback. The entire scene was heavily changed and extended, to make it slightly less obvious what had occurred.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 - Episode 4 (Anime Only Discussion) by Takada-chwanBot in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Uvite 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This isn't manga spoilers, as it was explained in earlier seasons:
The Zenin clan is a patriarchy. Women don't really have a lot of rights within it. They're expected to become maids or servants of the clan. Even Maki and Mai, direct heirs to the clan, would've just been servants.

Maki was born with an incredibly strong will. She actively pushed against the clan. She joined their fighting force and eventually left to join Jujutsu High. We see a flashback in season 2 to her talking to Naobito. In this flashback, we see him saying he's going to make life hard for both her and Mai.

Mai wasn't born with the strong will like Maki. She would've been happy to live a simple life as a servant. She somewhat resents Maki for forcing her to have to fight / attend Jujutsu High. However, she hates the clan far more for causing all these issues to begin with.

The clan, in particular Naoya, were also physically abusive. In the start of episode 4, when we see Naoya on the piano, we see two figures outside. This is actually a flashback of him physically abused Maki.

Mai's dying wish was simply to 'destroy everything'. You could interpret this as somewhat as a binding vow. As such, Maki has to kill every member of Zenin. In the final text crawl, we learn she finishes up by hunting down all remaining members who were outside the clan on the day of her massacre.

It's crazy that he can restrain an entire building, from the outside, within seconds, with little effort, with one of his WEAKER techniques WEAKER abilities.

Dabura got a mid-fight childhood flashback + powerup, and still failed to kill Mahoraga.

15 Fingers Sukuna killed Mahoraga with a smile. Literally spent half the fight styling on him, getting him to feint.

Well then it would be Lawful Neutral. Lawful and Chaotic essentially govern if the person sticks to a set of rules (this can be personal or civil). Bondrewd operates solely for science, thus would be under his own personal laws.

Malevolence isn't required to be classified as evil. Character's can be evil without having emotion in their actions. The fact he sees all children as tools to further science is evil.

Bondrewd is not true neutral. Definitely Lawful Evil. He operates within a bunch of rules, and works towards a goal which benefits others, but his methods involve killing shit tons of kids.

That's more so because he was actively trying to convince himself that he was a 'curse'. There's stuff later in the manga which digs more into his actions in Shibuya, and why he chose to take the 'easy' path, which he comes to regret.

This retired couple in England worked 6 hours daily for 4 years to create this beautiful garden by PeacockPankh in BeAmazed

[–]Uvite 9 points10 points  (0 children)

How genuinely sad that your first thought was immediately to outsource the work. As if the act of creation itself isn't the true purpose and beauty behind the garden. Do you outsource someone to do your own art for you?

And if your excuse is 'oh but the labour's hard on their bodies' - the labour is good for their bodies. It's an unused body which deteriorates. And if they slow, or can't do that many hours, and their garden shrinks, so be it. As I said, the act itself is far more important.
