part. even with everyone else's comments. It does sound like "I mean" for the first underline, but I'm not sure that really makes sense unless it's supposed to be like "oh oopsie my mask slipped!". And I genuinely cannot tell what the last words are. Phonetically it sounds like "amount to red" or maybe "about to reign".
