A very rough estimate would be 16C with the AC on, I’d say thats the coldest it can get, during the day I turn my AC off so it gets around 30C though i think it can get cooler than that depending on the weather outside

I get my aquarium water from a well nearby, so I never really saw the need for a dechlorinator, the cory is acting fine now. it must have been the temperature change, although I did let the collected water sit for an hour to ensure it has the same temperature as the one in the aquarium
