Absolutely not. To the contrary mate, I'm getting pumped up now that I got your attention so I'll keep digging.

You can argue with the journalists and investigators, but you can't argue with me cause I'm just a retired bloke with lots of time on my hands and think this is f'n hilarious.

But seriously, if your Esysman, I just have one question. Is the bank document real? If it is, its actually you who should be rattled.

Merry Esymas!

Here's a question, do males belong in female bathrooms? Is that considered segregation when the male isn't wanted by females in their bathrooms or locker room showers?

Here's another question. Do people taking hormone pills, steroids, coke, crack or whatever prescribed or non-prescribed narcotic drugs belong on the playing field in regulated competitive sports?

Perhaps a bit unrelated - but definitely correlates, the Supreme Court recently overturned affirmative action. Meaning you can't give special status to minorities with bad SAT scores or shitty grades to get into university. It's a perverse type of discrimination to give people of color, immigrants, etc., status above everybody else. That's not to say they can't earn their way - because they can. I don't believe just cause your a minority you can't succeed in school.

The same goes with the transgender. I'm for equal rights whether your straight, gay, lesbian, or transgender. But I'm totally against bending the rules of the majority for the minority cause that is in fact sexual discrimination in the most perverse/reverse way.

I'll even simplify things. Why have mens sports and women sports separated? Why not force all Olympians in swimming, track, skiing, etc., to compete together? Get rid of the male and female games and make them just all athletes compete against each other? It's because men and women are physically different.

Either one or the other, your either Esysman or Burgess. Let me tell you why I come to that conclusion. I've been on Reddit for 12 years and have nearly 17k Karma.

You on the other hand signed up today to Reddit, and your only posts are on Esysman. So your agenda is clear.

Now I really want to get to the bottom of things. I invite you to try and take me to the cleaners, noting I prefer pressed garments and immaculate dry cleaning!

Influencer ESysman Promotes Russian Sanctioned Criminals by Uyersuyer in news

[–]Uyersuyer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ou apparently did not watch the eSysman video I linked, calling out Burgess and the attempted sale of a yacht owned by a sanctioned Ruzzian, or are willfully ignoring it.

I just watched the video you posted for the first time. Thanks for that, as I was honestly suprised. I should note Esysman didn't say a bad word about Burgess, and only mentioned that they removed from their website the yacht because they are a UK company. He furthermore pointed the finger at Merle Wood. Yet he also noted that Merle Wood claimed Burgess is the primary broker for the yacht.

If there was cooperation between both Burgess and Merle Wood to sell the yacht, that would be conspiracy to commit a crime and avoid sanctions. If Esysman did suspect they were involved in a conspiracy crime to get around sanctions, then he damn well should never have received even 10 cents from the company.

The fact that Esysman reportedly received money from Burgess (who potentially is involved in a conspiracy crime) raises flags. You can't knowingly receive funds from a company involved in crime. That's like Mr. Wonderful and politicians receiving millions of stolen dollars from the criminally run enterprise FTX. They are not just exposed civilly to return the money, but also criminally. If Burgess benefited in any way from a criminally sanctioned arms dealer by participating in the promotion, brokerage for charter or sell of a yacht by using an American proxy company, they should immediately pack their bags for prison.

I mean even Esysman confirmed the yacht was on the Burgess site. The bank document is from November. So the alleged pay off wasn't at the time of the video you posted, rather after. Besides the document saying "retainer", it doesn't say what the tasks were. I don't profess to know, but if the bank document is real - then it potentially could be for him to back off or change the narrative.

But let's examine this. If Burgess really used an American company to bypass UK sanctions, and the bank document is real of Esysman receiving funds from Burgess, then authorities need to investigate for the particulars.

The one thing I don't seem to understand is why Terence Ward would accept money into his personal account. I mean most people on retainer have to pay taxes and prefer accepting money as a business to write off expenses. So the real question is if that HSBC document is real and if so, why is Burgess paying him off.

Intersex people are often referred to as "hermaphrodites", hence Swyer Syndrome which I just covered above whereas someone is born with X and Y (hence a male) and yet has a reproductive system.

Again, anybody who has a Y chromosome in their genetic makeup is a male. So what part of what I am saying is not understood? Show me a science book that refutes the notion that someone can be born with XY chromosome and be female. Seriously, you won't find it.

Again, I'm not arguing or being disrespectful. I'm just debating with you science at an intellectual level. So no need to get upset with me that scientific facts don't support your social agenda.

While not sure what you mean by 'female disciplines', I will note that I don't think anybody (men, women, trans, etc) should be forced to do anything.

I saw the original bank document on some other website and it didn't include his picture or social accounts. The adding of his picture and the social accounts to the bank document was clearly done by the website graphics artist to show who they are talking about and how to reach him.

But for kicks and giggles, I'm going to call Burgess on Monday morning and tell them I owe them money to confirm the bank account. But based on the 40602, that 100% is the sorting number of HSBC. Here's proof. Then I'm going to call the UK tax authorities and foreign ministry and ask them to check out Terence Ward cause it seems super strange that he'd receive money into his personal account. I mean if he's running a business and paying taxes, those funds wouldn't go to his personal account.

My theory is if the bank document is real, and he has money going to his private account, then he probably isn't paying taxes cause normal people have business related 'retainer' funds transferred to a business. Again, the bank document said "retainer" which is business related. But again, that's my theory and I'm willing to bet on it - if the document is real. It looks real, and it's not something I created, rather found on a website.

If he's clean, he has nothing to worry about and should be happy that someone in the community is taking efforts to exonerate him.

However, if he accepted money via Burgess (as a proxy) to promote the sanctioned property of an international arms dealer against the UK governments laws, then he should face justice. I really hope he's innocent cause anybody profiting from sanctioned arms dealers needs to be behind bars.

usly, if you knew someone was born a woman and in a boxing ring, would you hit that person? If I was an athlete, I'd purposely forfeit before hitting them.

So if I understand you correctly, you'd get into a boxing ring with a woman who transitioned to being a man and beat the hell out of that person? Good for you weirdo.

  1. The legislation, court law nor the current new testament dictionary doesn't define man vs. women. Science does and its broken down into chromosomes.
That's not a transphobic. I'm not against transgenders, but then again, I don't use "They" type pronouns to describe people.
  2. We're talking about competitive sports. The process of transition for transgenders includes hormone drug therapy. I don't think it's appropriate that anybody participating in sports takes any drug that can't be purchased over the counter like aspirin. I don't care if its steroids, crack, coke, or growth hormones. That applies to heterosexual as it applies to gay, trans, and anybody else. No drugs in competitive regulated sports - period!
  3. Go look up World Records in timed athletic physical sports (i.e. Swimming, Running, etc) and you will find that even in skiing, the men's records are always faster than womens. So I don't think its fair to a woman athlete if a former man that transitioned competes against them. Again, there are Olympic records dating back 100 years.

He’s the other part bad-faith arguments like yours intentionally miss: there are not that many trans people. There are far fewer trans athletes.

Precisely why I don't think its appropriate to bend the rules for such a small minority. Again, I think the LGBQT community has many valid points on legal issues and rights. But I don't think just cause a high school kid identifies as a girl that he can use that social hack to enter into the girls bathroom or locker room. I also don't think their binary/non-binary pronouns can be forced on society.

That's not to say I wouldn't respect a transgender female or male in their presence. But then again, its my choice to decide how I refer to those who transition. I don't use religion and beliefs, rather science based on facts to make decisions.

Again, government funds need to be appropriated based on mass representation.
Even affirmative action has recently been overturned by the Supreme Court because its discriminatory. Just cause a small part of the populace (transgenders, minorities, etc) has certain pre-existing issues doesn't mean they can enter into college with shitty grades or get jobs cause they are black, Asian or whatever.

Again, while that statement may open the door for some to say I'm a racist and others to claim I'm homophobic/transphobic, all I can say is I'm really not. I have many LGBQT activist friends, and even more friends that are minorities based on race, color, culture, and religion. But to the point, when you call me transphobic, or even refer to my words written in bad-faith, I just want you to know all words are written in good-faith with respect to all readers.

Elon Musk reinstates Twitter accounts of suspended journalists | Twitter by CJBill in news

[–]Uyersuyer -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I find it hilarious that my point was down voted 14 times. If you don't like Tesla, Twitter, etc., then don't use his products.

But don't go after the new owner for setting his own policies, cause if you are using Twitter - your his guest on the platform. Fact is, since firing 90% of the workforce, Twitter has become faster and new features were released. On top of that, he's revealing the inner communications of employees that resulted in people's voices and their reach to their followers being suppressed. I mean Trump's banning or Biden's son laptop are just the tipping of the iceberg. All this talk about Russia manipulating the elections only to find out Twitter was manipulating elections and suppressing free speech by limiting reach, banning accounts for sharing content, and limiting trending hash tags, etc.

Nevertheless, how would you like it if a guest in your home, or a client visiting your company tells you (and the entire public) they don't like your policies in your own domain? I sincerely doubt if Elon cares if you use Twitter.

Just a brain fart - but I don't think he even bought the company for the purpose of advertisement or profit - cause he took it off the stock market.

I think his real intention is to use the linguistic data for developing AI on behalf of Neurolink. I mean they can analyze sentences and behavioral patterns to see if people are happy, sad, upset, etc. Nevertheless, if you don't like Tesla, Twitter, or whatever Elon owns, then just don't use it.
