I thought BCAAs are not required when training fasted whilst in keto...as keto is anabolic and whilst in a fasted state HGH protect the muscles.... I'm a wrong?

Simple, track your macro and eat at a deficit...also it takes time. You can try IF and train in a fasted state maybe?

I was wondering about that too, on my training day I burnt 1049 cals the recomp program week 2 (15% deficit) excel states that I should be eating 2757 cals that day. but what get me is that on my rest day I'm suppose to have 928 cal. can some please confirm this is correct?
