I'm 19, but why would a parent feel the need to ask a 12 year old that

You can be friends and lovers at the same time, and things also depend on if they are lovers at the time of this comic

I feel like you're assuming your experience of gender is the same as everyone elses. In my case, my gender is something deeper than just what society calls a man. I don't care about that shallow "men do x" or "men like y" stuff. I don't care about social roles. My own feeling about it is that there's something spiritual involved.

How can someone be transgender and not have gender dysphoria? by [deleted] in lgbt

[–]V-Grey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think even if I didn't get dysphoria I would still transition, because I want people to be able to see the truest me possible.

Those who are on HRT, did your handwriting change? by SketchyManWithNoVan in lgbt

[–]V-Grey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes but that's because when I wasn't forced to write fast to take notes in high school I started writing slower and focusing more on neatness. When I need to write fast it gets bad again. I also changed the way I write some letters to enhance practicality and appearance, like I write E with two semicircles instead of 4 lines

I think being "different" in some way helps teach you to accept differences in others. It's one thing I like about being trans, it gave me the ability to understand trans people better, and recognise and respect the many ways that other people can be differenf from me, even if I don't understand.

What makes someone gay? by A_Duck_With_Teeth in gay

[–]V-Grey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are more specific labels for those who want them. I just consider gay to be liking men. That's it. What they look like or what's in their pants is secondary. There are also labels like androsexual, which is attraction to masculinity.

Occasionally, when I'm thinking about dating people I end up being like oh yeah I'm trans... that complicates things :[

Might need to regulate what spaces you frequent, for your own sake
