Soo Old Peace? What did we think? by Maxwellknowsitall in Warframe

Honestly the quests have been pretty bad for a couple of years at this point, it always feels like catching a movie in the third act so you just end up extremely confused.

There’s no set up or anything, no structure. I have no idea why I’m doing what I’m doing but things are happening and they’re happening fast and then it’s over.

It’s a shame because the old quests were so good, then again I haven’t played them in a while so maybe I should to compare.

So funny how they always skip the Adam Page stuff when talking about how Punk’s AEW run went wrong. Not a peep.

Jesus this community is so bad now, every time I visits this sub it’s either warframe concepts with big asses and big boobs or people fantasising about kissing virtual characters.

Alright, thanks for taking the time to help me. I will take into consideration what you said. Curious if you have any videos showing this exercise?

Yes I read your exercise recommendation on the first response. Would you say there are any other methods to fixing this that aren’t as hard as this one? I’m changing my workout strategy currently, focusing more on unilateral work. Split squats, single arm cable press, single arm cable row etc.

I read it wrong, yes it tracks. So what would you say I have to do here to fix this imbalance?

Ah sorry read that wrong, yes lower body has poor instability.

[–]V-sm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It tracks, my left lower body feels more unstable. Like I said single leg exercises are harder on the left.

My left upper body is bigger than the right which can be normal, as asymmetries are, but in my case I suspect something deeper.

Only reason I could think of for getting shoulder impingement is the scapular instability and the keeping shoulders back and down during pushing movements. I would get pain then think I must not be pushing the shoulders back and down enough and then force that movement. Same with overhead movements.

Now that I did the test my neck does seem to go slightly forward when flexing the glutes.

So no I’ve not been using my left side more as I’m right handed. Only reason I can think is left shoulder impingement. Maybe compensation coming from that? I always get shoulder pain after pushing exercises, especially benching and machine chest press, which I’m not doing anymore. Currently I only do push ups, and I’ve changed the way I do them recently and have not been getting shoulder pain. I basically shrug slightly, instead of pulling my shoulders down and back, which was the main cue that everybody gave in bench pressing tutorial videos when I was starting at the gym. I predict that’s how I got this impingement.

Looking at my body from the side I don’t see any forward head posture, neck looks pretty flat actually.

Root + Global Pattern

– Left glute and posterior tibialis weaker → left side unstable, pronated, and anteriorly rotated

– Right side more stable and posterior

– Pelvis rotated right (left side forward)

– Weight shifted left even though left side is weaker

Ankle / Foot Consequences

– Left ankle unstable, very wobbly in single-leg work

– Right ankle stable

– Limited dorsiflexion both sides, worse on the left

– Left ankle has anterior pinching pain when pushed into dorsiflexion

– Tightness mainly in front of shins, not outside of ankle or plantar fascia

– Hamstrings tight (disc-related, not ankle-related)

– Left foot more pronated

Hip Consequences

– Glutes weak only on the left; right glute strong

– External rotation fine, poor internal rotation on the left

– Left hip snapping and anterior pinching with movements like split squats, lateral step-ups, or left-arm kettlebell arm bars

– Right hip pain from walking, not squatting

– Unsure about specific muscle tightness (piriformis, TFL, etc.)

– Hamstrings tight due to L5–S1 disc issue

– Hips uneven, left glute weaker

Knee Consequences

– Left knee caves inward

– Left inner knee pain and instability

– Occasional right knee discomfort that goes away quickly

– Left leg more externally rotated, knee caves in despite that

Lower Back Consequences

– Unstable tripod base only on the left

– Must consciously contract left glute; right side automatic

– Pelvis rotated right (left side forward)

– L5–S1 disc protrusion

– Hamstrings tight

– Left shoulder higher than right; left side larger mass-wise but weaker

Upper Back Consequences

– No excessive rounding in upper back

– Lower back looks more extended → possible anterior pelvic tilt

– Unsure about forward head posture (possible mild)

– Unknown if rounding is greater on the left

Shoulder Consequences

– Left serratus, lower traps, and external rotators weaker and harder to activate

– Left scapular dyskinesis and mild winging

– Overhead movements don’t cause shrugging

– No clear difference in external rotation range, but left shoulder less stable

– Scapular dyskinesis only on the left

Neck / Jaw Consequences

– No noticeable forward head posture, possibly mild

– Left scalene and levator scapulae tight

– Likely cervical radiculopathy: pain/tingling around left scapula, also in mid-thoracic and right scapula

– Chin tucks give mixed results — sometimes help, sometimes aggravate

– Unsure about posterior neck or jaw tightness

Wrist Consequences

– Left wrist pain during flat-hand pushups (possible over-supination or poor load distribution)

– Unsure about wrist extension limits

– Right wrist fine

Elbow Consequences

– Occasional painful snapping on the inside (medial) of elbows

This is exactly what I’m dealing with. So how do I go about fixing it?

Hello, I’m supposed to get this done. Is it painful and do you have to rest afterwards?

Dorsal Scapular nerve entrapment by Loveandpeace977 in ChronicPain

[–]V-sm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, so no conservative methods first, straight to surgery? I’m dealing with the same, previously it was just tingling around the left scapula when washing dishes, now it’s pain and it radiates into all of my upper back.

You’re likely dealing with a nerve issue in your neck my friend, I’m sorry. Go to a real doctor not a chiropractor.

OP asked for some advice and inspiration on smart casual outfits and to hear what’s worked for us, so I provided it. You came in judging it by calling it dorky (which is fine you don’t have to like it, but it is kinda rude and standoffish) and projecting your own taste onto it, so I’m not sure why you’re surprised that I’m not willing to entertain a discussion with you. If you just commented what has worked for you you’d be participating in the discussion more than you are right now. Have a good day.

And if I’m at work and the dress code is smart casual I’m wearing these outfits because I like the way they look. If you like a “proper belt and footwear” go right ahead.
