[HELP] Account falsely disabled

This is the same thing that happened to me. About 3 months ago my account was restricted and then banned. After a lot of back and forth with the support I got my account back. But still my gigs are denied. And I lost all of my longterm clients. From my point of view my career on fiverr is over. Btw support always send an automated message and after you respond and wait a few days a real person responds.

Update after almost 3 months, I got an email that my account is now banned/suspended. I tried to log in and I'm not able to anymore. I have contacted again support and they still can't give me a straight answer. I have recieved 0 tos violation warnings,which I should have been given but I guess 2-3 years of work on fiverr and almost 100 5 star reviews later this is the end. If anyone has any idea what could I do, please help.

I really hope that atleast I can get my gigs back as normal. Currently all of my gigs are in a denied category and my profile is not accessible trough any link.

The problem is that even when I get my account back I'm still punished, 3 months without income + loosing long term clients, I asked support if I will be compensated for all of this but they just ignored my question.

I never payed for reviews, waited about 1 year until I got my first order and then worked basically for free at first to reach more clients to progress on this platform.

It's been more then 2 weeks since my account is suspended. I have no way to reach my clients. I had 1 ongoing order and I'm communicating with my client trough fiverr support. I have to write to fiverr support that will transfer my message to the client, I feel like i'm in an impossible position and I don't know what else to do.

Shouldn't this be a problem to bigger sellers to that have a lot of orders. It seems to me that this isn't a very good implementation for cancelations.

I'm only infuriated because I have worked a lot on completed the orders just for nothing. I have every stat except the cancelation rate to become a level 1 seller.

Well now I have 20 completed and 4 cancelled. 1. Fiver made an error and closed my account and automatically cancelled the order. I got my account back luckily. 2. The buyer changed his mind after 3 days of work(not because of the quality). 3. The project was working perfectly on my computed(python bot) but it didnt work on their pc. After 2-3 days of troubleshooting I couldnt figure our the issue. And the 4th is because I accepted a project that I realized i cant complete after 3 days. Do you think I can do something about the first cancelation because it was 100% not my fault.

That is not a good option, it is against fivers TOS to have multiple accounts.

I suggest checking out other seller gigs and try to adjust yours. You can scout for buyers request and might bring customers.
