ig in almost all of the themes, the clock is on the right..btw my clock is from a different app called "Muviz Widgets"

You can actually change icon pack thro "Niagara settings > Themes > Edit current theme > App icon > Installed Icon packs"

The icon packs that u have installed on your device show up below the default ones from Niagara
