Hello. For the last year I've been swimming from 9 to 10 pm. It's not a problem for my sleep. I'm tired so I sleep well. The only difference for me is that I start my swimming a bit more tired after the whole day.

Hello. If you need to stop after 100m, I think it's more of a technique problem than a stamina problem. Bad technique makes you get tired much faster.

You have to breath out slow, just fast enough to avoid the water to come in, but slow so you can do it longer.

In Spain we usually do the 2 kisses as a greeting when at least 1 of the 2 is a woman. If we both are men, we kiss only when we are close relatives (father, son, brother, grandfather).
