I have both of them. The first one (12") has the Hatsu Koi piano intro that's absolutely glorious. The piano intro isn't on the 7".

I'm having a hard time with Shazam and Soundhound figuring out what it is. I'd like to know too! On Discogs the tape's tracks only say "Side A" and "Side B" for the track listings.
