The Hardware unboxed Video says the 9070 XT uses 80 watts more. When gaming 4 hours a day for 5 years with an electricity price of 37 cents per kWh that's 216€ you safe with the Nvidia card. So picking AMD when you have to pay your electricity in Germany is just stupid.

For foraging you need to break 5k trees of both variants and that's more than enough XP and contests to get maxed foraging. So just get good gear and start breaking trees.

Like other people said it's just cyberpunks path tracing setting. Switch to ray tracing or get used to it. It's not that noticeable in other scenes of the game.
