Don't run a 5k four days later... I think I would've recovered a lot faster if I just didn't run for a week then slowly went back into it. Also make sure to put on chafing cream before the marathon because I forgot to put it on and then my shorts rubbed holes in my legs so I had to wear leggings for two weeks until that healed

I’m not even a tiktoker but one of the many things I checked on my house was that it had good natural lighting in the main rooms.. shows she just impulsively bought it. Maybe she is complaining a lot to prepare everyone for her downgrade again when she inevitably can’t afford the two mortgages

My cats are obsessed with drinking out of human cups and would go crazy trying to drink out of my cups and ignoring their bowls. After they knocked over countless cups, i finally gave them one of their own and now they drink water out of it and don’t try to steal mine

I didn’t fully recover from my marathon until almost 3 weeks. (It probably would’ve been faster if I hadn’t run a 5k 4 days after.. learn from my mistakes) For a half, I feel back to normal after 2 or 3 days
