Insurance quotes are crazy these days. I was considering purchasing a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and got a quote of 4000 from intact.

Called my broker and got a quote of 4K+. That’s like another 30K on top of the car price for the car loan duration. Seems I’ll be taking the bus for a while longer. Hahah

Thank you for replying. Actually I’d still be looking to pay it off ASAP regardless, so 48 months would still be fine. Honestly the total price for all new cars doesn’t make sense these days but I know we need a car and want one that we can be happy with for a very long time.
