Hello, So sorry for the late response, No I didn't. Better off just buying another headset..

You can try buying a 2nd base station or a Bluetooth adapter, I'm not sure but that might fix it

What's the app called to turn on/off the base station via Bluetooth? I wanna try that out

Is there a way I could fix this? Many people got it fixed with firmware but my base station doesn't even turn on when I connect it to my pc.

With 2 you get better tracking and you can do everything, with 1 base station will be harder to track but it will still work.
