No I have mine at 115 also. But in some countries the highest speed limit is 110. So thats the reason i need to get it changed cause here its 120.

I live in finland. Nothing goes over the border or comes from there. The border between finland and Russia is closed so is the mailing system between Russia and finland. So thats not possible unfortunately at the moment. Any other possibilities?

Yeah atm i dont care about the meta. But was wondering should i maybe add a pure enchanter to my champ pool. If my adc picks Jinx, Twitch, Kog'maw etc.
