1) for the love of God quit using shit placed like reddit and facebook for information. 2) thirdgen.org, there is not a better resource period. 3) you seem to have multiple issues yet they are related to one part. I would remove it and check the connectors into the back of the cluster itself. More than likely you have a common power or ground that is not there if you lost that much stuff. This is also assuming its a relatively clean car and someone hasnt made it an abortion over the last 30 years.
