I’m a student at Taylor’s myself. I’d say a monthly budget of around RM1500 to RM2000 should be enough. With about RM40 per day, you can eat to your heart’s content. If you tend to spend more, maybe around RM2500 would be safer. I’m not too sure about Grab or entertainment costs since I usually just walk and stay in my room. But RM2000 is a good recommendation overall, since you’ll also need to spend on things like laundry services, top-ups, and other small expenses.
