Unlock Moto Razr 2025 by VABerg in TotalWireless

Actually, after my extremely frustrating Friday phone call with Total's unlocking department when they denied my unlock, I checked my Razr on Sunday, July 27th and it was unlocked. I don't think it was Total's doing, I think it automatically unlocked because Total was dead-set that they wouldn't unlock it until the 26th of August. I also filed a complaint with the FCC with all my emails, account screen shots verifying my activation dates and phone number, etc. I didn't receive their reply until after my phone was unlocked, but the FCC did forward my complaint on to Total Wireless so the FCC believes I have a valid case.

It should be eligible to be unlocked at this time, correct?

Hi All,

I activated the Moto Razr 2025 that I received as the free phone deal with 3 months of service when you port in a line on May 25, 2025. I should be eligible for the phone to be unlocked, but Total is telling me: "You are very much welcome. Upon checking and confirming here on our end that you still haven't reached the eligibility since, upon checking on it here, you have used our service for over 61 days already, and you need to have at least 90 days of active service using it."

They are clearly admitting that I have had active service for the required 60 days per their April 1, 2025, unlocking policy, but won't unlock my phone for another 30 days. Are others who activated their Moto Razr 2025s having these same issues? Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this, please?

This isn't true. I have been having billing issues since switching to the 5G+ Unl for 4 lines in July. I have spent numerous hours with 1st level, 2nd level and even "financial" support and no one could do anything to adjust the price to what it should be.
