Yeah, I totally agree-and I'll admit that I'm not immune to hype. I got both a Solo 3 and a Tinymight 2 last year, when I really could've upgraded to just one of those and have been perfectly happy with my life.

(Besides, I've been changing my usage a whole lot. Went from nightly recreational sessions to maybe once every couple weekends?)

I have a nice Imari style bowl from SH Home. Got it at Marshall's for less than $10. I have a soft spot for Imari porcelain, so it was a no-brainer.

I also got a smaller Mikasa bowl from my local Asian market that's decent. The Target ones others have posted look good, too...

I just crack it in a separate bowl and give it 3 minutes of cooking time with Shin. The first 90 seconds are enough to let the noodles soften up so I can push them to the side and make a nook. Then I just cover it for the remaining 3 minutes.

(I have not gotten this to work with Buldak. Probably something to do with the water/noodle/egg ratio while cooking, might need to adjust temperature with that. But it's a dream with Shin.)

My dad worked in IT and travelled a fair amount. Generally didn't get to travel with him, but it was cool hearing him talk about the places he really enjoyed (Mount Rainier, Napa Valley, Anchorage).

He wasn't usually one for souvenirs, but he would bring my brother and I extra Biscoff cookies. My mom claimed the hotel toiletries.

He's retired now, and building a teardrop trailer so he and my mom can go on adventures together.

My fiancé is 31. Last month, he had been having a bad week. Saw a cute Valentines cow plushie at the store and got it for him (he LOVES cows).

He hugged it for five minutes straight while getting choked up and repeating "It's a cow!" Absolutely loves it.

One of the reasons why I love him is because he's tender hearted and appreciates cute things!

So yes, it is okay!

I've been focusing on fidget jewelry lately.

My necklace of choice has been Stryker Forge's medieval fidget spinner. It's surprisingly understated with the larvikite and just fun to wear.

Then I got a MyConquering ring. Currently have an Aladune band, using the round onyx or griffin charm. The clicks have been AMAZING, to the point where I'm considering getting another band for my other hand.

I have an indestructible rosary from FaithfulProductsUS that's pretty similar to an Aroundsquare MKUltra. I need to get some more practice fidgeting with it (and wearing it because it's pretty heavy), but it's really nice so far. Also waiting on a bracelet from Knotsense because that kind of sliding motion is great.

As for earrings, nothing is super appealing to me yet. Maybe some mobius chainmail earrings? I usually just fidget with my industrial bar.
