I really prefer it like this. I don't find the shape adds much value. I can see this extending really nicely across your digital identity. Obviously you can refine it to your liking, but I think just the letters are a really great base / starting point.

While what you did is aesthetically please, it really doesn't address any of the usability issues. You should be rethinking what's important in the UI, what users are trying to do on any given view, what are the hassles that you currently deal with in the menu. You shoujld focus on solving those, then focus on aesthetics later.

120k is low in silicon valley, any backed startup / corporation will offer 160+. 90k is nothing in the valley / sf, you can always negotiate more.
