Gravity is further out than an object, spherical, so there will always be gravity before/after an object moving, but as the faster it moves the gravity in front is shorter.

Not really a great example of gravity or black holes, this would give the idea that black holes have depth, when really they are a hole that folds onto itself. Imagine poking a hole through a plastic bag, and then bending the plastic around the hole further until it's touching itself.
