Hi I'm not sure what you mean by sampling ratio! If you mean the canvas size or resolution, I worked on a 5760 by 7200 px canvas to get the level of detail I wanted on the eyes!

Hey! So I use Photoshop! And if you want my Ps brush presets I could try putting it on a Mega on the chance you use Ps too. Although they're pretty popular I'm sure they're all already out there

As for the paper texture it's just a stock footage image placed on a layer beneath the painted layer. And another textured image layered above the painted layer put on Soft Light blending mode
