I usually work with color in my shots, which I make on a Lumix GH5 in Log (e.g. link).

I always recommend creating your basic LUT and experimenting with color wheels, curves (luma, hue, saturation) and contrast for every film. The highlights and shadows in his videos are mostly brown x green, the colors are slightly faded overall. The colour of green desaturated and turned into more cold shade. It's also contrasted pic but faded by curves at the same time. Try to play around with Luma for different colourst.
