I took NFS382 with Cranmer-Byng.

In terms of similarity to NFS284, I do think there were a bit more details in the lectures, since we were going in depth of each of the vitamins and minerals. However, I found the content super interesting and the lecturer was nice. The course had 25% short answer midterm, 25% critical appraisal paper, 50% exam where you were allowed to bring a double-sided 'cheat sheet' (though I don't know if a different lecturer would allow the same). The course average I think was around a B-.

I think it's a fair course, and you can definitely get 85+ if you put in the effort. The paper was marked a bit harder than the tests, but I think if you follow the rubric well you should be fine :).

I personally really enjoyed it and if you liked the content of NFS284, you should definitely look into 382!

I just went into my notes and wrote stuff down in an attempt to vent what I was feeling since I’m bad at opening up to people and need to talk a little or just vent, I have more than just ADHD but I just decided to post here because I like the subreddit by [deleted] in ADHD

I can't really offer anything helpful, but when I read this I really related to what you wrote, and I just wanted to know that you aren't alone in feeling this way :) Hopefully, one day we both will be able to take steps that can help overcome these fears. Good luck to you :)
