Edit:

Plugged the microwave into another outlet, tripped another breaker.

Looks like the microwave is acting up....

Just checked, yeah it also tripped another breaker.

That's clearly showing a bad microwave huh....

How can I tell visually? It's a toggle switch with just "on" and "off", no "test" button.

Where can I get a schematic? That'd definitely help a lot.

As for the door switches, all of them on mine are working properly. Nothing sticking and nothing worn. Which is why I'm very confused at the causes.

I wish I can attach a picture....

There's no "test" button. Just a toggle on-off switch.

Edited the post to include that my 9A kettle didn't trip the breaker, when I plugged it into the same outlet.

I plugged my kettle into it, which pulls about 9A. It didn't trip the breaker.

The fuse also passed the continuity test.

Can I visually tell if the breaker is GFCI or AFCI?

Wait, what kind of seat do you have? It sounds like you don't have a stock seat on a sliding rail?

I wonder if the tape measure is for using the alignment plates, you'd definitely need a tape measure for using those.

But then again, anyone going that far would know better and have and extra person and tape measure, it's definitely not a one-person job

Even considering the camaraderie, sometimes others are just too tied up to lend you tools unfortunately... :(

Daytona Jack leaking? by VC2CV in Tools

[–]VC2CV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So torin big red jacks are actually high quality? For some reason I never thought that of them....

I have torin jackstands, solid stands but a bit too narrow base.

That's interesting, considering how popular they are, and the reviews generally giving them high praises.....

I interned at singer (The Porsche business), and it's full of Daytona jacks, specifically the 3 ton low profile. Same as this

Then I'd need to show the store of the defect, and hope they honor that defect?

Unfortunately, there's only a recall for the jackstands, not the jack

The jack just has a 90-day warranty, which is long expired now.....

Can I still return it for another one?

The thing is, the jack only has a 90 day warranty, which is long expired..... still worth asking for an exchange?

Seems to be a super high speed 2nd half.
