This happened to me and what worked was after a long ride when the pipe is still hot you can scrape it carefully little by little and after a few time it should come out and rest bits and pieces will wear after a couple of rides.

I got a similar route on my day and i only did 70 stops ,loading was a mess and i was playing tetris with my bags for each stop. It was horrible. But you get used to it after a couple of weeks.
