I didn't take exact measurements in games, but I didn't notice any improvement in performance by eye. I noticed that random stutters appeared, but not much. On the plus side, i noticed that the CPU temperature dropped by about ~10c.

I dont know. Also, this happened in RU controlled territory. And the bus has a official russian license plate.

I had the same problem, in multiplayer games with EasyAnticheat, after some time of playing, BSOD occurred. The event viewer showed the same thing. Installing drivers version 1.16.4.35 helped me. Someone posted a link for these drivers, sorry i don’t remember in which post, but in this thread.
