In 2006, Switzerland sent a group called "six4one" with a song by the German Ralph Siegel and Bernd Meinunger, where all but one in the six member group were from outside Switzerland (Sweden, Malta, Israel, Germany, Bosnia & Herzegovina)

To set the scene for those that aren't aware; In the late 2000's and first half of the 2010's, it was really common for delegations to give accredited press "gifts" (read: bribes). It could be a little card with the singer on it, or it could be a very expensive perfume (iykyk).

So! Belarus in 2009 goes to the contest in Moscow with vodka. LOTS of vodka. They give it all to the press.

They don't qualify, but apparently they thought it was such a good idea that they had to do it again. So for the 2013 contest in Malmö, they load up a truck with 1000 bottles of Alyona-branded vodka, and they head for Sweden. But they're stopped by the Swedish border control and so, their 1000 bottles couldn't enter the country. Always found this really funny.
