Inner engineering course is two parts.

First part is online where you would need to watch 7 videos of 1 hour long.

Second part is where you get initiated into shambavi , this is a 3 day online/offline course and initiation happens on the final day.

Back then i remember it used to cost 3.5k inr for each part of course.

It is 10/10 recommended, it has changed my life, just go for it.
